Netcom Systems, IDP IELTS Australia and the Lebanese International University signed a partnership agreement authorizing the Lebanese International University to be an Official Testing Partner for the (IELTS) International English Language Testing System which is managed by the IDP Australia. IELTS (Academics and General Training for migration) will now and officially be conducted on all of the Lebanese International University’s campus regions in Lebanon through the School of Education.

Dr.Samir Abou Nassif, the Vice President of the Lebanese International University, and Randy Santiago, IELTS test center administrator, officially agreed and signed the contract which will commence on the very first testing date of February. LIU (Code LB 104) will be responsible for registering, proctoring and examining the process which is unprecedented at a university in Lebanon.

This partnership will draw upon the array of resources available to LIU. It will seek to engage and expand through this institutional partnership to facilitate organizational change. This is another turning point in the history of LIU.
